    Except as disclosed in this privacy policy, OrthoWave does not share your personal information with any outside parties.
    We may share your personal information within our corporate group, including with our subsidiaries and divisions, all of whom may use your information for the purposes disclosed herein.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to help protect your personal information. For instance, when you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
    If a password is used to protect your account and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential.
    Forums & Other Interactive Services :

    Email Referrals :
    If you choose to use our email referral services to tell a friend about our products or services, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will use that information to send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site and review the product or service you have selected. We may use a third-party provider to administer this function, but any such third party provider may only use the information submitted to facilitate this one-time email. Neither OrthoWave nor any third-party provider stores this information after the email is sent.

    The ORTHOWAVE software and all related materials, documentation and extensions are protected by France Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You may use trademarks of the ORTHOWAVE software for publishing and publication purposes only, knowing that you must include identification of trademark owner's name. Such use of any trademark does not give you any rights of ownership in that trademark and does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the ORTHOWAVE software.
    RESTRICTIONS :
    You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, decode, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the ORTHOWAVE software. You may not alter or modify the installer program or create a new installer for the ORTHOWAVE software. In addition, you may not alter, modify, or create new copies of the hosted OrthoWave databases on any of its Servers.
    The ORTHOWAVE software is licensed and distributed by ARIA SOFTWARE Ltd. for clinical and radiological data collection, archiving and analysis. You may not use the ORTHOWAVE software for MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS.

    LAW AND GENERAL PROVISIONS :
    This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Civil Court of Béthune, France and the general copyright laws of France.
    If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. You agree that the ORTHOWAVE Software will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the international export laws, restrictions or regulations. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized representative of ARIA sarl.
